The Storyteller
contains
traditional and contemporary stories from all over the world, with notes for
teachers and trainers on how the tales can be exploited. Other features include
articles on the art of storytelling and shamanism as well as details of
publications and services that might be of interest.
This issue
features a Native American story, a Yoruba legend,
and an adaptation of a Mulla
Nasruddin tale.
If you have any stories or articles of your own that you
would like to contribute to The Storyteller, please send them by e-mail to
Michaelberman@blueyonder.co.uk
and they will be
considered for inclusion in a future issue.
From the 15th to the
22nd of August I will be at the IAHR Conference in Toronto to present a paper on
Neo-Paganism in Armenia, and also to preside over a
session on Philosophical
Issues in the Study of Religion to which I will be contributing with a paper on
Shamanism: Countable or Uncountable. The

the Workshops and Courses page) will be held on a regular basis at Tti School of
